🩶prep for my RGCube 🩶

my birthday month is coming up and i asked snifflehubby for an Anbernic RGCube, it's a retro handheld gaming device that can emulate multiple consoles till up to PS2 and non-demanding PC games!~ I'm very excited because i missed out on a lot of games growing up and gaming has always been a dear part of my life. I also feel so nostalgic ofc revisiting my beloved games. Right now I only have nintendo games and im looking out for playsation games but i dont know exactly where to start? I never owned any PS console and not really familiar with the type of games they do. I tried googling but it feels like nintendo has more games with cute and chibi graphics? So far i have Yakuza (2005), Atelier Annie and earlier Atelier series, kingdom hearts, and FFgames! I've also started familiarising myself with different emulators and which system they're for also which front-end app to use because our RG Cube has to be cute and ✨visually pleasant✨ this setup video guide really helped me, it breaks down all the steps i need to do and just really took the time to explain everything so i'm not intimidated!
Im really excited, im a huge fan of older games, they bring so much comfort to me, opens up a different realities and fantasy worlds that gives so much inspiration and nostalgia. This is also my silent protest against predatory gacha games, uncompleted games being released, NFT games, AI games, multi billion companies that refuse to do better (cough pokemon cough).
