I am forever fascinated by the ability of perfume to shape our physical reality, set intentions, transport us to a different time, evoke specific and hidden memories or completely alter how we feel in just mere seconds. it is magic!✨

🍒Lilyphéa by Diptyque a recent wishlist acquisition and my first diptyque perfume. here's my first impression: green sappy leaf and lilypads. like tender tree sap replaced my blood, i can still feel the pulsing energy of photosynthesis surging through my veins. i swear a sapling sprouted on my head for a moment. Very potent green scent opening, the drydown is soft, powdery and delicate like a beautiful fairy nymph caressed by a lotus flower. The flower meadow scene from Howl's Moving Castle where Sophie and Howl are tiptoeing through the dreamlike expanse. An angelic ethereal presence. I can easily understand why she is so loved and popular. Diptyque is so expensive though i only have the 10ml decant and i think i will have to save up for this beauty else i wont be able to move on with my life. 🧸Notes: violet leaf, cardamom, bourbon vanilla, ginger. • J u n e 2 0 2 6

🍒Sweet Tooth by Sabrina Carpenter coquettely sweet and marshmallow scent! It's one of my current signature and comfort scent. It's perfect for daily wear all year around and i feel like this smell completely matches my curated aesthetic mood board. I just wish it's stronger and lasted longer. 🧸Notes: Chocolate marshmallow, candied ginger, begramot, bourbon vanilla, coconut milk, jasmine, cream cashmere wood and musk

🍒Zukhruf Pink by Zamaya another signature scent of mine, such beautiful mellow and dainty scent that evokes feminine softness and gives a delicate touch everything it touches. Because of the affordable price point im able to get this in 100ml and has been my daily driver. Overspraying is also very safe and they last a very long time on my fabrics. I absolutely enjoy getting a whiff of it as i go about my day. 🧸Notes: Heliotrope, orchid, vanilla, musk, marshmallow, almond milk, amber, vanilla, sandalwood.

🍒My Devotion by Dolce and Gabbana oh love at first sniff. I usually do blind buys since i dont leave the house much but this one i was able to smell first on Douglas while out shopping w/ my sister. Wow it was heavenly love, out of all the fragrance we tried there this one spoke to me the most, even as we left and go about our day i was still thinking of her. Decidedly went online to buy a bottle and discovered they offered this cute heart bottle and i fell even more deeply inlove. she and me are meant to be. there is just no other way i could describe the feeling. Effervescent juicy and bright opening with tinge of citrus sparkles all throughout the drydown. like the summer sun, she is radiant and life giving.🧸Notes: pear blossom, black currant, peony blooms, orange blossom, madagascar vanilla.

🍒Ritual of Sakura by Rituals a comfort bedtime bodymist. This was gifted to us as a part of a house warming gift set. I really enjoy the mellow and soft fragrance although short lived (it is a bodymist after all). Definitely gives a visual of fresh after shower wearing pink pajamas laying on your soft fluffy duvet and hugging your jumbo plushie with kira kira sparkles of comfiness and drifting easily to dream land. I bought the handwash and room fragrance versions too because i really enjoy the vibe it gives not only on me but on our space as well! 🧸Notes: cherry blossom accord, rice milk accord.

🍒Crystal Bloom Sakura Bouquet by Jill Stuart perfume i got when we visited Japan! Very princess feminine vibe, i dont care if its considered 'department store' perfume because it's so common and popular with many girls. It smells really good and perfect for daily wear too! I would if i could source this perfume as easily, sadly will have to pay so much more so im reserving her on days i especially want to feel girly and princess-like. The packaging is very cute and primarily why i want to buy from this house.

🍒Baby Powder by DEMETER Library Of Fragrance just as the name suggest it is a very realistic smell of Johnson and Johnson's baby powder (or baby oil). Like a really heavy layer on a pouff. Or spilled baby powder on a surface. So its quite dry on your throat if you happen to inhale a lot but it settles down to a nice soft powdery smell afterwards. I use it on my pillow and duvet before sleeping. Or on my the ends of my sleeve for easy whiff of comfort and familiarity when anxiety kicks in ♡

🍒Wild Bluebell by Jo Malone Ephemeral scent, very green you can smell the early morning dewdrops on the grass. A hand-me-down perfume from my mom! perfumes like this i feel its more to evoke imagery instead of being worn, because it does not last long at all and require plenty of refresh sprays throughout the day if you intend to keep the scent a part of your outfit/persona. Personally for me i prefer to spray it on plushies. This is very green and beautiful, like a transluscent fairy. Images of bright forest and Ghibli-like sceneries flashes to me when i smell this perfume.

🍒Idôle Aura by Lancôme A hand-me-down from my grandmother who is the most iconic perfume wearer person in my life. Ever since i was a kid she always smelled sooo good and is probably the reason why i've been nose-blind for a long time with floral perfumes. I associate floral notes to her immediately and could not seperate the fragrance from the person. It took me so much intentional energy to reclaim the floral notes back as something not just HER but also ME. This perfume smells just like her, elegantly potent and very much im-on-a-holiday energy. im trying to imprint myself on this perfume but it's really hard. I can see her vibrant personality on this perfume so much. 🍒Crème Vanille by Le Monde Gourmand my gateaway perfume that started it all~ I was Alice and she was the entrance to the rabbit hole. A common rookie mistake, actually, i let the opening allure fool me into buying her! she does not last at all and that juicy caramelized apricot soon disappears after 30mins no matter how much i overspray her. The sparkling sweetness is short lived and im left sad and disappointed. like post nut clarity. but then i spray her again and all is okay. Im set to find a better version of this at some point because she is easily my signature scent. I feel like i found her on my own and im very attached to her. She is beautiful and wonderful.
