๐Ÿ–ค Getting back to Journals ๐Ÿ–ค

Two years ago i found comfort with journaling while goig through a difficult time coming into terms with the declining health of my pet son, Jubjub.. This time i found my way again to journaling while recovering from my surgery~ my previous deco style didnt work out for me anymore so i decided to start fresh on my m5 binder that ive had since 2024~! I gave it a makeover, attached some pins we got from japan and some cute buttons i got for crocheting amigurumi. So far ive been journaling for a month and a half consistently and im super happy with my setup/system but since i've been writing more, i know i want to upsize but stay small enough to fit in my bags. Nowadays A7 or passport setups are also quite accessible so i've decided that after my current journal is filled out i'll be moving on to a new one that size.
While journaling i also got quite intrigued with fountain pens~ so i got myself a Jinhao 82 (fine nib) and Zerkon ink in no.80 Eternal Fragrance. i fell in love with the experience of writing with fountain pen actually!! Immediately i started looking for my next fountain pen because while I love this one, something is not 100% fit me, hmm i think its the colour.. i was expecting a more muted pink, but this one is fairly pink pink and im not super inlove with it, im thinking of giving this to my sister instead when i get a new pen. I do love the size and would like something around this shape too~ thanks to a korean journaling acct i follow on twitter i saw she's using a sailor lecoule pen in power stone, its reasonably priced considering the other pens from this brand, so i think it will be my next buy~ its really super pretty even though its in white it has this beautiful shimmer that you cant help but to notice and admire! oh i bet writing with it feels so nice.. i cant help but fantasize about it! Wow who knew a pen can make you like this? haha.
Having said that make no mistake my writing on journals has gone up to 400% ever since using my Jinhao pen and its still very much a precious pen to me! I have quickly grown attached towards it~ Delving deeper into deco journaling, I was able to learn how to use my small cutting machine and printer to work side by side and produce cute stickers out of my drawings. It's so fun and most recently i printed out monthly trackers as well. I feel like im able to delve deeper now than when i started 2 years ago, it would be nice if i can keep journaling daily and this as something i would feel like i cant live without as opposed to my other hobbies i cycle in and out of.
