I'm so excited for this upgrade~! I've recently acquired a yarn winder. Before this i've made yarn cakes with just my hand, it was an enjoyable experience but does take a good 15mins for me to do a single cake. As I collect more yarns I knew it was only a matter of time before i needed a yarn winder. Im very happy to report that it's worth the hype. Using a yarn winder cuts my organisation time by more than half, and depending on the tension i apply, the cakes are less bulkier thus taking less space, which means more room for other yarns to fit in my trolley. Maybe I will post my humble yarn stash one of these days, it would be good to see how much i have since picking up crochet last September of 2023.

Does anybody want to look at my cute new yarn? I am absolutely obsessed with her and wondering what beautiful things i can weave. As I crochet i realise i love making functional stuff or wearables! so maybe somewhere under that umbrella. this is 150g so I can't make anything too big unless if I weave instead of crochet. We'll see! I have so many projects i want to do but not so many braincells and im still very slow.
